U-Pick FAQs
Do I need a reservation to pick apples?
Yes. Please buy a ticket on our u-pick page. This helps us to ensure everyone has a great experience without being overcrowded.
It shows that there are no available reservations for the day we want to come. Can we still come without a reservation?
If you watch our u-pick page sometimes reservations will open up the night before or the morning of from cancelations. We ask that you please don’t come to pick without a reservation. This helps prevent overcrowding.
Do we pay online for our reservation or pay when we arrive?
Yes, you purchase the tickets for admission and activities on our u-pick page.
I am running 15 minutes late for our reservation. Can we still pick at our reservation time?
Yes, you will still be able to pick. Just check in when you arrive. Please arrive as close to your reservation time as possible. * It is important to be on time for the last reservation time at 4:00. Our u-pick closes at 5:30. Arriving on time at 4:00 will give you plenty of time to enjoy all of our activities and pick your apples.
What is your inclement weather policy?
We do our best not to cancel, but if the weather will make u-pick unsafe we will cancel. If you are scheduled for that day, we will send out an email that we have canceled u-pick that day. We will also update our website and social media if we cancel due to weather. Please check our website and/or our social media if bad weather is in the forecast.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
The purchased tickets are non-refundable. You can exchange them for a different day during the season.
What apples are available to pick?
Please see our apple season chart. This will give you a general idea of what will be available. We will update our social media and u-pick page every Wednesday with what we are picking that weekend.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we have restrooms located in our check-in building.
What is your dog policy?
We do not allow pets at the orchard. We do allow service dogs. Thank you for understanding.
Is your trailer ride wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we do have a trailer that is wheelchair accessible. Please keep in mind the orchard ground is grass and is uneven.
